As part of a planned corporate restructuring, the CycloTricity brand, its products, inventory, and operations have been transferred in full to Ebike Factory Ltd. The previous holding entity, Cyclotricity Ltd, has been formally wound down following the completion of this transfer — a standard legal step when a business moves to a new corporate structure.
